About the Writer
Patrick Ting transitioned to veganism in early 2020 and considers himself an enthusiast of vegan cuisine. Born in Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia, he pursued his higher education at the National University of Singapore and participated in a semester-long exchange program at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan City, Taiwan. Currently, he is an educator. In addition to his passions for reading, writing, and dancing, Patrick has a wide-ranging interest in music, singing, drama, and swimming. His works has been featured in Malaysia’s Sin Chew Daily.

作者簡介
2020年初,陳幹煌轉為維根主義者(Veganism),自認為是蔬食料理的老饕。陳出生於馬來西亞砂勞越(Sarawak)的一個市鎮詩巫(Sibu),獨中畢業後赴新加坡國立大學就讀。期間,曾參與學生交換計畫到台南成功大學修讀一學期。目前,是一名教育工作者。除了閱讀、寫作與舞蹈,他對於音樂、歌唱、戲劇以及游泳也略有涉獵。作品曾獲刊於馬來西亞《星洲日報》。著有生活小品《蛋黃的杯盤狼藉》。
